About Us

Mandie & Pete both work busy, sometimes stressful full time jobs. 

Mandie's Makes was born out of a love of crafting, a need for relaxation, and some stress relief.  Their love for home decor has led them to attempt many projects, re-upholstery, woodworking. Woodburning came along after Mandie was looking for something new to learn.  She spent some time learning the art of pyrography, Mandie then encouraged her husband, Pete to make some of the boards and before long he was making beautiful boards that Mandie could burn to make beautiful, unique home decor.
